How much does a family doctor online cost?
On x.doctor, each family doctor sets their own price in euros for a day and for a week, shown on the profile before you pay. One card payment covers it; there is no subscription.
Can I ask a family doctor online if I live abroad?
Yes, x.doctor works outside Moldova, so from Italy, Germany or Ireland you can send a family doctor your results and ask about them. Prices are in euros and you pay by card.
Can a family doctor online help me understand my blood test?
Yes, you can upload blood test results as a PDF or photo and ask a family doctor on x.doctor what the flagged values mean for you and what to do next. They give recommendations but can’t examine you through the app.
What can I send to a family doctor on x.doctor?
In the x.doctor chat you can send photos and PDF files, such as lab results, a discharge summary, or photos of medicine boxes or a rash. Everything stays in the chat with the doctor you chose.
Can a family doctor on x.doctor give me a sick note, a referral or a prescription?
No, x.doctor does not issue sick notes, referrals or prescriptions; those come from your registered family doctor or an in-person appointment under local rules. The family doctor in the app gives a second opinion and recommendations, and in an emergency you call 112.
Is an online GP the same as my registered family doctor?
No. A family doctor on x.doctor is a doctor you choose for questions and a second opinion, and you stay registered with your own family doctor in Moldova or your GP abroad.
